Ep. 201 – Reinventing Work-Life Balance in The Law World – with Rebecca Geller

Rebecca Geller is the principal and founder of the Geller Law Group, a law firm in the Washington, D.C. area. Rebecca has managed to grow this in a little under 10 years from a solo practice run from her kitchen table to a group of 21 employees, including attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members. She created the firm with the expressed intent of achieving a work/life balance for a working mother and attorney, and that has been the driving force behind the growth of her practice.
