He started off as a patent attorney, has a background in electrical engineering, and studied Chinese before he arrived at doing what he does now: serving clients all around the world who are seeking to obtain intellectual property documents and services such as patents, trademarks, and more. He talks about some of the products he’s personally launched, marketing a firm that serves clients all over the world, and automating what you can so you can focus more on things that need person-to-person interaction.
