Ep. 238 – Growing From Small- to Mid-Sized Firm – with Martin Belisario

Martin Belisario is a patent law attorney out of Philadelphia, and he’s different from our typical guest. The firm he works at is more of a mid-sized firm compared to the usual solo or small firm practitioner, and he’s gone back and forth from boutique to giant international law firm and back again, growing the firm to the point it has 20-25 employees. I loved hearing his approach to staffing, remote work, marketing, and all of the other things that any firm owners have to deal with, and I think you will too.
